Do I need a new phone number?

No. Keep advertising the number you already have. Forward it to the Gvoca number assigned to your store, and Gvoca stays invisible — customers only ever see and dial your original number.

Can regular callers get different treatment?

Yes. Add frequent callers as Contacts to set their preferred language, keyterms, and summary style. Everyone else uses your store's defaults.

What happens if a webhook is missed?

The scheduler reconciles recent Twilio recordings on a regular interval, so a dropped webhook doesn't mean a lost call.

How do structured orders work?

With the Shop module, buyers you invite order from your catalog and message you in-app as the order moves from placed to completed — no phone call needed for that order.
